I just checked my account and for some reason, after everything was activated on unlimited data on Friday, it changed to the 300MB plan TODAY for absolutely no reason. I called AT&T and the woman I spoke to was great and put in a ticket explaining the situation and requesting my unlimited back.

Just a warning. Check your data plan because mine changed inexplicably today!
 
Mine is still unlimited... Perhaps you upgraded multiple lines and they got a wire crossed when doing it?
 
Glad to hear you guys are all fine. I'm hoping it's an easy switch back for them to do for me. Some wires definitely could have been crossed, the girl I spoke to said they've been working extremely long days since Friday. Something's bound to get messed up.
 
Just checked mine, everything seems to be fine. I notice on the mobile app I am listed as having LTE Data Basic (what does that mean...)
 
My account doesn't even show that I have a data plan...but when I do *DATA# it shows this:

I show no data plan either??? I have the same kind of message as you.

My upgraded account does not show ANY data plan. quite a few others reported that yesterday.

You can call in, or do what I do.

CHILL OUT and give it a few days to clear up.
 
It's only natural for AT&T, Apple, Verizon, Sprint, et al to be a bit overloaded during the launch of a new iPhone. Every year the traffic increases. Being patient and allowing the systems in place to work is the best approach.
 
Mine was changed to the 3GB plan. It was unlimited friday and yesterday and I received NO notice. Called, they said they'd fix it. Ten minutes later, her manager could not.

She opened a ticket.

Said they'd contact me by 10/2(!). And that they'd pay for overages.

3 years no problem, now everyone is showing off their unlimited LTE and mysteriously it gets changed and is unable for regular managers to change back...

Check your plans folks.
