Ive went through 3 Penryn 2.5 mbps since they came out due to different issues, but all of them had battery issues where they started at 99 instead of 100 (5600).

I am also not to happy with the performance of my battery i think like some one else said if it continues to deteriorate at such a rate then we we will have to make a fuss..

What is the lowest and amount of cycles that apple will replace it under warenty??
