ATV 4K Picture Freezing

Recently, and this could coincide with the release of TV OS 12, our 4K ATV is freezing picture on iTunes purchased TV series playing through the TV app, but the sound continues. Sometimes when I back out to then go back and resume watching, I get the message in Library “You don’t have any videos.” I know it’s connected to the internet because I can go to any other app.

Anyone else experiencing this??
