ATV 4th Gen keeps waking with 'Device Requirements' after 10.2 update

Even since the tvOS 10.2 update, my Apple TV keeps waking up from sleep mode displaying a message talking about 'Device Requirements'. It'll be fine for hours, then all of a sudden power on my TV to display this message while nothing is trying to connect to it. How can I fix it?
 
Turning off AirPlay seems to help. Not ideal, so hopefully Apple will fix this soon. Amazing that they let this one slip through testing.

Same here. I was wondering if it was just me. I turned off the feature to control the tv so at least it's not kicking me out of other items I'm viewing.
