ATV internal HD type

Does anybody know if current shipping ATVs have SATA or PATA internal drives?
Also, what is the maximum hard drive size that it supports?
 
PATA, AFAIK. It should support whatever the largest you can find in PATA. I think that's 320GB, but 100% sure. I have a 250GB in mine.
