ATV Sub-Title/Closed Captions DOES NOT Play

Anyone have an idea why ATV does not play sub-title or CC but the same files plays OK in Itunes.

After sync a number of my movies do not play the sub-titles although they play fine in ITunes. Have resync several times without results.

Does the movie have the .m4v extension? It won't work with .mp4.

All movies have .m4v and play OK with noted exception.
