ATV2 drops WiFi signal when it goes to sleep

Does anyone else have this issue??

It seems every time atv2 goes to sleep, it will even try to reconnect to the wifi unless i do it manually with the remote.

Wifi network is excellent and does not drop, so i am wondering what is going on.
