ATV3 no network?

My Apple TV 3rd gen stopped connecting to wifi a couple weeks ago.

I've reset my modem and router, disconnected the Apple TV and nothing seems to work. It won't find the wifi and my modem is not located where I could have it physically plugged in.

Replacement needed? Any other trouble shooting ideas?

The last step to try before you declare it dead is to try a full restore. You will need a micro USB cable to do this. Step by step:
