ATV3 Upgrading from 7.2.2 to 7.3

I have an ATV3 that's on OS 7.2.2, and it says 7.3 or an upgrade is available; however, I cannot get it to upgrade...keep getting try again later...does anyone knows what's up with that?

My Apple TV 3rd gen just auto-updated to 7.3 too.. how bizarre Apple would roll an update out to an OS this old?!

I had no issue with the update, the update adds the TV APP which is now going to many other devices as well.

When you guys say TV App, does it look like this...see image! Mine has it in orange color on OS 7.2.2.

There was no TV App before 7.3 on ATV3.
The TV App will look just like the one shown here, this is from ATV4K but the app is the same on the ATV3 also.

Thank you Gonzo...I definitely don't have the AppleTV app. There must be something in my network that is preventing my ATV3 from updating...it might be the same thing that's preventing iTunes Internet radio from contacting tuning services.

So far 7.3 has broken:

1. Ability to iTunes Home Share from older White Mackbook under iTunes 12.2.2.25 which can not be updated.
2. Nothing will pair for remote control from devices running IOS 12.3 and remote app
