After the update to Sierra cured my Mac (see sig.) of constant crashes, I am now experiencing a problem which has my ATV4 - and only my ATV4 (not the ATV3s) - losing its home sharing connection to my iTunes library. The iMac is set to never sleep and is also set to wake on network, and this has never been an issue until now. It's also curious that the ATV3s don't lose the connection, so it has to be a TVOS/ATV4 problem, not Sierra.

I have tried logging out of and back into my iTunes account, but this changes nothing. Everything is updated with the latest versions of the respective OSs. Any ideas?

In additional to rebooting the router (per above), check the ATV4 Network settings for Signal Strength. Ideally, 5 pips. Double check all the Home Sharing and Network settings there too.

ATV4 connected via Ethernet, as is the host Mac. If I close and re-open iTunes, the ATV works perfectly. Let it sit for a while (an hour or so) it disconnects and I have to close/open iTunes again.

Just to clarify, I have ATV3s connected to the same Mac. They do not drop the connection - not even the one on wifi. This is an ATV4 issue only.
