ATV4K, Netflix, some UHD titles display as HD

Super strange... in Netflix on ATV4K I can see and play Dolby Vision titles, but some programs that should be available in UHD display as being available in HD only. For instance, House of Cards. Super fast fibre connection, so there isn’t a limitation there. Also I have the higher quality Netflix membership. On a Nvidia Shield, Netflix shows House of Cards available in UHD. ATV4K only in HD.

Cables are the same, no changes, very weird. Any ideas?

The first season of House of Cards is only in HD so on the main page it will only say "HD" but if you play seasons 2-5 it should actually display in UHD.
