Currently I am using my MBP early 2011 to post this in chrome and I have sparrow open for mail. Nothing else is running. I can hear audible clicks coming from the hard drive constantly even when the computer is sitting idle and doing nothing. It just sounds like it's constantly trying to read something or load something.
Usually my house is not this quiet which is why I am posting here just in case I am over reacting, but I don't think I am, is it worth taking it in to the apple store to have the HDD replaced or are they likely to tell me it's normal?
