I am thinking about buying an AppleTV but there's a problem. My TV has component video inputs but no audio inputs. What am I going to do to get audio?

Some commercial CRT TV's have limited imputs. Sounds like you have one of those.

I suggest buying a new TV with Audio Return channel and all the HDMI imputs.
