Audio in and out adapter for rMBP?

I know u can get usb sound cards
but is there any adapter for the audio port that matches the macbook style so they would look cool together?

Actually, this should be possible electrically speaking. The iPhone headphones basically pull off this voodoo. All you would need is to duplicate the circuitry in the remote replace the microphone with a minijack. I'm smelling a kickstarter project? 😎
