My iPhone 5s can create and send audio messages and these work correctly and are audible on the recipient's iPhone.
However, no audio messages (whether these are messages I have created and sent, or those that I have received) are audible on my iPhone. The waveform is shown and progress along the message is shown correctly, there is just no audio.
I have restarted my phone and sound is on and I can hear all other sounds, just not audio messages.
Any ideas?
