Audio out for two HDMI monitors

Has anyone figured out how to run audio out to two HDMI monitors at the same time from the 2011 mini? (audio over the HDMI port and over the tb to HDMI)

Going to buy a new mini for an entertainment system and want to run 2 HDMI monitors mirrored in different rooms (1 in living room and 1 in a bedroom)

What about running parellels, for instance win 7 media centre and audio to one monitor and lion with different audio to a second monitor - possible?
