Hello,

I use the Boom app to boost the audio on my MacBook Air. It makes a massive improvement when watching movies and TV shows, especially with earphones.

However, when I use my bluetooth headphones with Boom to watch Netflix, the audio is out of sync with the video. It is like this on all streaming videos on my MacBook.

Videos on my hard drive are okay and the headphones work perfectly with AppleTV.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Regards

the codec is likely running into lag on multiple conversions and compressions involved with streaming. try bypassing your mod to make sure its not the website.

If the headphones you use, as most of the bluetooth headphones on the market, is not low latency, then your system (the transmitter+headphones) will not be a low latency system. You will see lip-sync (visually) or echo (audio if the tv volume is on too). If you need some good pair and you want to save money click here.
