Audio Player w multiple Bookmarks+Notes

Dear friends,

Could you please advise me an audio player with multiple bookmarks and notes functionality? I have a lot of lectures which I should mark and replay via bookmarks.

If you know some player which can CUT part of a file (I have 5 minutes pauses I want to delete) please inform me.

I'm on MBP Yosemite (no iOs plz).
