Audio Port Loose Not Working

Just after 4 days having my brand spanking new iMac 27 i go to plug in some BOSE speakers and doesn't seem to make contact with internals and is extremely loose. anyone else having this problem?

probably not! i tried headphones and other type of speakers, but it's the connector.. Sucks
