Audio Streaming Server Software

Hi all,
I'm looking for software that will allow me to easily convert an analogue audio source connected via a device like an iMic into a web stream. I just need to be able to connect to this stream elsewhere on my network.

QuickTime Broadcaster can do this. It might be a little tricky to set up but it's built in help is very good.
