Audiobook echo - iOS 5 GM

Trying to figure out why I always get an echo on my audiobooks on my iPad 2 with iOS 5 .... It's been happening for a while now under different builds.

So my question is :
Does anyone else here who has an ipad2 running ios5 have audiobook echo?
