audiobook not appearing on iPhone

i tried to sync this audiobook on my iPhone and while it shows up when plugged into iTunes, i can't find it on my iPhone.

can anyone please help?

Go to iPod then on the bottom row tap "More". You should see audiobooks, you can customize the list so you don't have to tap more.
