I want to load some hi rez WAV files to Audirvana. The files are on my desktop. Can't seem to move the files to Audirvana.

You deed to put the files in a folder and then select the folder in Audirvana/Preferences/Library.
What version of Audirvana are you running? It took a while for me to work out how to get it up and running when I first used it but once the teething problems were sorted it is pretty much trouble free. I Run A+ 2.2.4
