August 2022 Activity Challenge

8.6 miles per day.
Went over yesterday so now it’s 8.5. Too much. Annoying.

I like the challenges when you can go over and run your daily challenge down.
I’ve gone from 1,097 a day to 1,052 a day. So by the end of the month I get a rest day!

This is my challenge for August. In July I was on a cycling holiday of 3 weeks with 2 to 5 hours of cycling every day, so for August I got this enormous amount of exercise minutes. The other way round (minutes in July, kcalories in August) would have been better. Let’s see…

Not yet. Fingers crossed it shows up. I have gotten 5 out of the last 7 month challenges. They help motivate me so I Hope it is a glitch!

Good news. Now go for it. I’m down to 1,022 kcal a day now.

Just started so it is telling me to close my standup ring for 8 times this month...Already closed 7 times...i am guessing they will become more challenging as I go...

Mines down from 1,097 to 1,000. Hoping I can break the sun 1,000 soon. 999 sounds so much easier!

935 Kcal a day is my target now. Heat wave isn’t helping any. Have to get up early for my runs.

Decided to push it a little bit and skipped a rest day. I should get this one exactly. Got this since I skipped a rest day

Mine is a pretty good challenge for me this time, to reach 77 Exercise minutes 14 times. Sometimes they get too extreme and I don’t worry about them, but it’s also nice to have a little extra push.
