i want to know where lots you you have your daily goals set at.
I hate it where certain people we have in the weekly friend challenge have set their goal to the lowest setting and I am to do double theirs for the same amount of points.

400. It's what the smart move goal suggests for me. It once suggested 500, so I moved to that. It then immediately went back down. I don't understand it.

I’m on track to barely make it this month. 2,550 exercise minutes for the month. Right now I’m at 977 minutes completed. Works out to 73 minutes / day.

come on Apple, do you think people workout that much per day. No off days.

Glad to have this one behind me.

Mine is at 600, though I double that pretty much every day. I should probably just set it at 1,000.

I made it through my peak week of this marathon training cycle (69 miles run) healthy. (My marathon is on September 8.) My August challenge to close all rings 31 days is still on track, and my Move streak is at 66 days. My Move streak record is 70 days, so I can set a new record on Friday and refresh that badge.

My challenge was to complete 10 workouts which I've already completed. I haven't been very active since I got my watch in may because I have an injury, so hopefully I can start to get some more difficult challenges after this month.

Don't worry. WatchOS will gradually ramp the challenges up until you get one that is completely unrealistic!

Here's to staying healthy!:)

Congratulations to everyone on their July challenges! Those of you who had rough one’s and couldn’t finish it, hopefully August isn’t as bad. Post your August Challenges here and let’s go get it!

I’m almost there. I have to do 2,550 exercise minutes this month. So far I’m at 2,225 exercise minutes completed. 325 left to do. Should be close. Hopefully Apple doesn’t kill us with September challenge! ;)

Damn, I thought my goal of 1970 minutes was a lot! I’ll make it with a day or two to spare but squeezing in another 580 minutes would not be fun!

I should hit my goal today :D It's been good fun doubling move goal 19 times. Harder than I actually thought.

This one almost killed me. I have taken a bunch of anti-inflammatories sitting in a comfy plush chair worried what the great Satan in Apple will assign me for September....
That is an impressive amount of exercise (~228 minutes per day). What's your exercise of choice?

I'm not sure what my exercise minutes would be for the month, but the Trends tab in the iOS 13 Activity app says that my average for the last 90 days is 95 minutes per day. I'd break something if I tried to more than double that.

Thanks,

During the Summer I go out very early and try to power walk 10 to 13 miles on a walk...Today I did 12.5 miles..

Not going to make my August challenge :(

It was to complete 2,030 minutes of exercise, which averages to just under 68 minutes/day.

I'm currently at 1,674 as of today, which averages to 62 minutes/day so far. I'll get very close, but I don't think I'll be able to break the 2,000 mark for the month.

Apologies for replying to my own post. I found time yesterday for a 100 minute walk when I got home from work. That plus this morning's 45 minute Peloton ride put me at 1,820 minutes.

I might just make it after all!
