Just changed it. I got this from interface lift; it's the road to the Bonneville salt flats I think. I just liked the texture of the road.

You can get the wallpaper here
To change the dock follow this guide but instead of using the icons mentioned there use the Flurry icon set. I lowered the opacity of the dock bar, and added another white bar just above it.

Also use Geektool 3 and not the one mentioned in the guide, because you need to be able to change the pixel height of the little white bar, instead of just dragging it about, and I don't know if the old geektool lets you do that (although it might).

The date and time is also done using geektool, info on how to do that can be found here
