That particular screenshot is...but you can do it on any Linux distro. Its called Beryl Project, and does all sorts of 3D animations to how windows move and stuff. Check it out: http://www.beryl-project.org/

Beryl is merged back with compiz, new project is called compiz-fusion, which is what i am using now.
