No program, you open the icon and the drive via the right click "Get Info" context menu, click the little icon in the top left of the icon, Command - C, click the drive icon in the Get Info window you want to replace, Command - V. Boom.

Holy crap! If I had a Desktop like that I'd kill myself. LOL My slight case of ADD (wife thinks I have always had it) would drive me absolutely insane. I would have to "fix" that Desktop because I cannot stand having a disorganized Mac. hahaha
