I'm so excited to get my Apple Watch Series 2: Gold aluminium case with cocoa sport band (42mm).

For those unsure, pre orders start at 5:01PM AEST on Friday the 9th of September. Way closer then I expected. I'm also buying the midnight blue sport band separately. :apple::)

I own the midnight blue band. It looks awesome. I also have the Royal Blue, both are great bands. See you at the preorder.

From what I've seen most people are getting the "two weeks" notice. Hopefully that's just a standard message and the actual shipping bumps up.

Has ANYONE been able to select the pick up from store option? Seems like a bit of a racket - no configuration I could find had a pick up option. They are probably saving those for people that 'line up' I assume (I say 'line up' because I imagine the only line will be for the iPhone 7).

Yes, when ordering I saw a pickup option that I didn't use.

Mine also says it's coming on the 27th though but yeah who knows it could change
 
I am in Canberra and I ordered 5:05pm last Friday 9th. I ordered AW2 38mm, sport. My delivery said delivers in 6-8 days 22/9 - 27/9. I took a chance today and lined up at the Apple Store and was amazingly able to walk out with exactly the one I wanted - am upgrading from AW series 0 so it's a very exciting day! Cancelled my pre-order after purchasing in store. Happy days!

Update! Got a shipped notification today, but also got "delivery by the 27th" - surely if it shipped today, it won't take a whole week to ship when they're usually overnight/two days?

I got the "shipped" status first on the 16th and my estimate was the 22nd and it seems accurate so far. It's now reached Sydney and has to make it to my house now. So 22nd sounds about right. I'm so excited though only 2 more days :D

I'm betting we'll get them tomorrow :D I am in Melb, so hopefully it comes overnight.
