the new models aren't that much thicker, they should've gone even thicker and put in a even bigger battery.
You'll need to update the software again, it's running a older version of iOS 15.

Welcome to D-Day! My last update was being in transit to the local depot, so should be updated again soon to say it arrived, then hopefully out for delivery. I’m guessing if they are delivering today, Aus post will be putting a priority on these items. That’ll be some big publicity if they fail to deliver.
Enjoy your new toys, those that get them. I’m off to work until 12 then I’ll be able to play with mine, and check my new phone out 😂 Deliveries here are generally mid morning so it’ll most likely arrive before I’m home. Luckily my wife is here today, so I shouldn’t have to go to the post office, which is in the next LGA, but close enough that I can still go there.
