Australian Watch Pre-Order Thread

Got 38mm and 42mm Sport White Bands both just changed to "Prepairing for Shipping". Credit Card was charged between 5-5:30pm and both order status updated.

Ordered at 5:06pm and Shipping to Gold Coast
 
The 38mm White Sport for Mrs B just got charged and changed to Preparing for shipment - 5:02 order
The 42mm SS with Black sport band hasn't changed from processing and hasn't been charged either. Was hoping they'd both come together. Doesn't look like it. Will have to make do with playing with Mrs B's.
 
I can't believe No 42mm SS w black sports band watches have been shipped yet. This seems like it would be a popular config. For that reason still keeping hope they are already in the hubs waiting to be shipped tomorrow... Hang in there guys.

Just giving out some updates for Australians. I ordered my 38mm stainless steel watch with white sport band 4 minutes after pre orders became available and my Credit Card has been charged as well as the shipping status changed from "Processing" to "Preparing For Shipment".
 
Looks like SS with black sports band is the most popular hence most delayed and not many people are seeing updates with these. Id say this is why there is such a wide range of shipping dates offered by apple. I wouldn't expect many people to see the SS with black sports band on 24th
 
42mm Space Grey Sports status changed and cc charged. Ordered 5:03pm on the 10th. Fingers crossed for an early morning delivery and a very unproductive day at work.
 
damit. i completed my order at 4.31pm adelaide time and still processing space grey 42mm sport

I think I'm lucky that I'll be at an out of town meeting all day on Friday, so it won't spoil my productivity for the day! I'll get the taxi to stop by work on the way home to pick it up #. What do you do at work?

I'm choosing to believe that opposite that apple anticipated it's popular and pre-delivered to hubs. If it was so popular and constrained stock it should have slipped further from the 24th date when pre-ordering. Guess tomorrow will tell :)
 
Give it time. There may be some changes tonight or even tomorrow. Provided they're shipped by tomorrow afternoon, most people in metro areas will receive them by Friday.

Thanks for encouragement mate. Just admit I will be disappointed if I don't receive my watch on Friday.
