Authorization problems after authorization reset

After I deauthorized all computers for my itunes account, I still get an error message saying that I already authorized 5 computers with this account. I cannot transfer purchase made on my iPhone to my iTunes account. I have over a hundred different songs, apps, and videos that will not transfer, please any help would be appreciated.

Have the Exactly the Same issue. Anyone can help?
