Authorized users allowed to upgrade using AT&T a Next at an Apple Store?

    Not sure of your question. Authorized users can do what they want as long as it is within ATT rules.

    And, I believe know the last 4 digits of the owner's SSN.

    Not if you live in NY or Wyoming.

    Yes, authorized users can upgrade. You will need last four of primary account holders SSN and billing zip.

    No one gave me the reason. It states that for ATT customers in NY trying to buy iPhone 6 pre-order at apple store online. I then called Ppple store on Long Island and asked if I can buy the phone after launch day and through Next and she said no. People living in NY and Wyoming (two states that have nothing in common and distance away from each other) need to buy their phone directly from ATT for Next program.

    I can buy it outright or with two year contract from Apple but that is not what I want.

    Seems so very odd. I wish someone out there would give me the reason why.
