Auto-Brightness Toggle Missing in iOS 8 GM

Just noticed this on my iPhone 5 that the toggle to turn on/off auto-brightness is missing. Is anyone else noticing this? Its there on my iPad rMini with iOS 8 GM.

You might want to install the GM again. The auto brightness option is showing as it normally does under the display brightness option.
