Auto-launch app at startup

I wants the viber app to automatically launch during startup / reboot. Is this possible ? (maybe cydia is of any help in this scenario?). IOS 4.3.3

Activator in the Cydia store.

Hmm, I have downloaded the activator app from cydia, but can find out how to accomplish what I want to do. Any hints ?
