Auto name Terminal window title after host?

I'm running many terminal sessions on my iBook to numerous different boxes and I'm looking to name the window title after each host name.

Now I know I can go the preferences and change the individual titles, but this is a pain once...... and a massive pain daily! I want to do it by some method of using the environment var $hostname or something similar.... any ideas?
