Hey everyone, I've been wondering about this for a while. If you take a slightly crooked picture aimed towards some straight lines, when you go to edit your picture in rotate mode, it will probably rotate it to the exact degree in which those lines would look straight.

Does anyone know if it's just some sort of AI or does it also use data from the gyro?

Nobody seems to mention this feature, ever.
 
It works with images imported from other camera systems so I’m guessing it is based on image data in which it can determine a horizon or other levelling feature.
