Auto SSH Tunnel for Specific SSID

Anyone know of a program (or bash script) I can use that will automatically create an SSH tunnel when connected to a specific network? (It's only 2 networks that I want the tunnel to automatically turn on on).

I think you could get Control Plane to do this for you.
