So again, last night there must have been an auto update to my MacBook pro. I open my lid just now, and there's a black screen with a curser. Restart the laptop, goes halfway through the boot bar then black screen. Follow the guide for removing TRIM here: http://www.cindori.org/trim-enabler-and-yosemite/
Then restart, black screen.
Redo the steps, black screen.
Reinstall OS X, left my laptop for half an hour, and when I come back it's a black screen again.
Is there any other way to get this back to normal without wiping the drive again?
FYI, I installed an SSD at Christmas, had trim on for a while then realised that every time the laptop updated it would go to black screen, so I made sure it was off using TRIM enabler. I repeat, it said TRIM was off.
So I'm at a loss as to what's wrong
