I just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7 beta 6.
I wanted to know if my phone will get an auto update to the official release of iOS 7 next month or I'll need to downgrade first?

No. Beta to GM is never OTA. You will need to download the GM IPSW from the Dev Center and shift-update/restore using iTunes.
