I added my work Gmail on my iPhone with Mailbox, and it sees every email in the directory when I need to send an email. However, on Mail with Mavericks, I setup my Gmail and it doesn't autocomplete (or even see) the email addresses in my companies directory.

What am I doing wrong?

Update: I also tested it in Outlook. Autocomplete works there too.

I believe I know the answer. When you set up the gmail account, did you do it from the mail app?

I ask because I believe that this only sets up mail, and you are wanting your Google Contact Book too. I would suggest reading the account, but this time do it from 'System Preferences' then 'Internet Accounts' and select to set up both Mail, and contacts. As Google stores all of its auto fill email addresses in contacts.

Hope this helps.
