Autocomplete filter for Exchange Accounts in mail.app

By default when you setup an Exchange account in mail.app, the autocomplete when typing an email address in the "to:" line doesn't filter out contacts that have "msExchHideFromAddressLists" set to "TRUE" in AD.

Any way to filter this?
