iPhone Autofocus with video isn't working

I updated to iOS 8.3 and now when I try to video, I can't seem to get auto focus to... focus.

I should add its on a 6+ and the phone won't auto focus with taking pictures either.

I have just tried and both video/photo focus fine on my 6+

6+ here running 8.3, no issues. check your lens for smudges.

Clean lens, tried closing the camera out. I know it worked on 8.1, and now on 8.3 it doesn't try to focus. The front facing camera works fine.

Took the phone into an Apple Store yesterday. They said it was a hardware issue. Replaced camera and all is well. Maybe it was just coincidence that it faulted after the update.
