Is there any way to add to Safari a Toolbar button to, with a single click, Print to PDF Web Receipts folder? Would save so many clicks, mouse moving and scrolling (Print, PDF, scroll to PDF to web receipts folder) in this age of paperless records.

Either use an application like iKey, which records sequences of user input and triggers them from an event, like a keypress;
Or install a PDF print queue, like CUPS-PDF, so that your default or currently selected printer just saves PDFs to disk.

It is possible to have a Bookmark in the Bookmark Bar that launches some JavaScript, which might be able to do it for you.
