iPod Automatic add to library when played?

I have some songs that I like to keep out of my library, but still be able to play when I want to. Is there a way that I can make it so I can play the songs in iTunes without them automatically going into the library?

Put them into your ipod..your ipod need to be set at manual update....mount your ipod and play the songs from it.
