Automatic, custom syncing

One of the things I find frustrating with ATV, especially with streaming: I have Itunes automatically download all my HD podcasts, and then stream them to the ATV (trying to stream HD content directly from the internet, never works well for me). Itunes will automatically check for, and download new podcasts. But I always have to go and manually resync the ATV before they will show up on my ATV menus.

Has anybody found a way to have ATV AUTOMATICALLY sycn while using custom sync (say, sync every 30 mins or so?) Is this s setting I am just missing somewhere?

Can you tell us where you found it or is it one that you've written? I did I quick google search but I can't find anything!
