Automatic Fitness Focus broken 16.2

Anyone else notice automatic fitness focus no longer works in 16.2? The option keeps switching itself off

Yes!! This driving me crazy!

I thought that iOS 13 was the worst iOS ever, but now iOS16 going fast on top!

iOS 16.0.x was perfectly ok for me.
iOS 16.1.x bring issues with shortcuts and activating focus modes (watchOS 9.1 sleep focus activated from shortcut)
iOS 16.2 bring this issue

What the hell Apple!
