Automatic Login Lock

Is there a way that after a certain amount of time my mac will lock? (Without disconnecting me from the internet)

Sure. Just enable the screen saver to start after a certain amount of time of inactivity, then go to  -> System Preferences -> Security -> Require password to wake this computer from sleep or screen saver.
