Automatic mail generation in cocoa

Hi,
I need to generate an automatic mail with a click of a button in cocoa 🙂 I saw in many websites that we should not use applescript. If yes, then what other methods should i use? I'm new to cocoa. So pls help me out. Thanks in advance 🙂
