I’m I’m the Eastern time zone, and I need to set a reminder for 10am (EST) Friday morning to buy some concert tickets.

However, I’ll be flying to California Thursday night.

So I’ll need that reminder to go off at 7am (PST) which would be the 10am EST on-sale time.

Will that reminder still go off at the correct time? Or do I need to set it for 7am instead?

Just set an alarm when you get to CA if you don't trust it. The reminders app uses the same time as everything else on the iPhone. If the iPhone clock says 7AM, the reminders app alarm will alert at 7AM if it was set at 7AM regardless of what time zone it was originally set at.

What he said. I do it all the time, for my morning alarm. Goes off at 6am, no matter where I am.
